You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you agree that:

You are authorized to use the payment method you provide
Your order may be canceled if payment is declined or if fraudulent activity is suspected

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Typical production times are 2–5 business days as each hat is made to order. Total delivery time from order to arrival is generally 3–13 business days for domestic orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers, customs, or weather are out of our control. Once an order is shipped, Retro Roots Headwear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for tracking issues.

🔄 4. Returns & Exchanges

At Retro Roots Headwear, every hat is packed with care and a little bit of nostalgia — because I’m a one-woman shop, I handle every order personally.

✅ Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items in new, unworn condition with the original tag attached. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

✅ Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in new, unworn condition with the original tag attached. If you’d like a different hat, reach out and I’ll do my best to make it happen.

📩 How to Submit a Request

Please email info@retrorootsheadwear.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Your email address used at checkout

Once I review your request, I’ll follow up within 2–3 business days with next steps. Depending on the situation, resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

📩 Return & Exchange Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. There are no restocking fees.

Worn, used, or altered items
Items without the original tag attached
Sale or clearance items

We do our best to accurately describe our products, including colors, sizes, and materials. However, due to lighting, screen differences, or manufacturing variances, products may appear slightly different in person.

We reserve the right to limit sales or discontinue any product at any time.
