🧢 1. What size are your trucker hats? Will they fit me?
Our trucker hats are One Size Fits Most with adjustable snapback closures. They typically fit head sizes ranging from 56–62 cm and feature a medium crown. Please measure your head before purchasing for the best fit. We include a FREE extender in each order to ensure your hat fits comfortably.

Yes! Our trucker hats are designed to be worn by anyone regardless of gender.
🧵 3. What materials are the hats made from?
Our trucker hats feature a foam front panel, a mesh back for ventilation, and a plastic snapback closure. Each product page lists specific material details.
🎨 4. Do you offer custom or personalized hats?
We do not offer custom or personalized hats at this time.
🧼 5. How do I clean or care for my trucker hat?
We recommend spot-cleaning with mild soap and cold water. Avoid machine washing, drying, or using bleach as it may damage the shape and print.
🚚 6. How long does shipping take?
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days as each hat is made to order. Total delivery time from order to arrival is generally 3–13 business days for domestic orders. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
🌍 7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 90+ countries worldwide. International shipping is $14.99 for the first hat, plus $1.00 for each additional hat in the same order. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
🔄 8. Can I return or exchange a hat?
At Retro Roots Headwear, every hat is packed with care and a little bit of nostalgia — because I’m a one-woman shop, I handle every order personally.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items in new, unworn condition with the original tag attached. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Exchanges are also accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in new, unworn condition with the original tag attached.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. There are no restocking fees.
Items not eligible for return or exchange include:
- Worn, used, or altered items
- Items without the original tag attached
- Sale or clearance items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@retrorootsheadwear.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Your email address used at checkout
We’ll follow up within 2–3 business days with next steps — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
