All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you agree that:

You are authorized to use the payment method you provide
Your order may be canceled if payment is declined or if fraudulent activity is suspected

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Typical production times are 2-5 business days as each hat is made to order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers, customs, or weather are out of our control. Once an order is shipped, Retro Roots Headwear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for tracking issues.

🔄 4. Returns & Exchanges

At Retro Roots Headwear, every hat is packed with care and a little bit of nostalgia because I’m a one-woman shop, I handle every order personally. I only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your hat is damaged or defective, please email me

at info@retrorootsheadwear.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Once I review your request, you can choose to either:
Receive a replacement (if it’s still in stock), or
Return it for a refund

A few quick notes:

The hat must be unworn, and the original hang tag must still be attached.
Returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse aren’t accepted — only items damaged or defective in transit.
Buyer is responsible for returning the item. Retro Roots Headwear will not pay for return shipping.

We do our best to accurately describe our products, including colors, sizes, and materials. However, due to lighting, screen differences, or manufacturing variances, products may appear slightly different in person.
